Local street closures are planned in southeast Indianapolis as crews widen the I-65 bridges over them.
Beginning on or after Tuesday, Jan. 6., the eastbound lane of East Pleasant Run Parkway North Drive is scheduled to close between Olive Street and Linden Street. It is expected to reopen in early March.
Eastbound and westbound Naomi Street is scheduled to close between Olive Street and Linden Street on or after Monday, Jan. 12 and is expected to reopen by mid-February.
Actual dates and anticipated work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur.
Construction Speed Limit
The construction zone speed limit remains active on I-65. A reduced speed of 45 mph is in place for the duration of I-65 Safety and Efficiency work. It is important for drivers to slow down and avoid distractions in work zones.
