The following closures are scheduled:
Tuesday, Dec. 23 | 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Ramps to and from Keystone Avenue and northbound I-65 closed
- Northbound I-65 reduced to one lane between the I-65/I-465 interchange and Bradbury Street
Drivers should plan ahead and consider alternate routes to avoid delays.
Coming Soon: Local Street Closures
Local street closures are expected to begin in early January so crews can safely widen the I-65 bridges over them.
- Naomi Street (both directions) is scheduled to close between Olive Street and Linden Street on or after Monday, Jan. 12 and is expected to reopen in February.
- East Pleasant Run Parkway North Drive (eastbound lane) is scheduled to close between Olive Street and Linden Street on or after Tuesday, Jan. 6 and is expected to reopen in March.
All closures are weather dependent. Actual dates and anticipated work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur.
Construction Speed Limit
The construction zone speed limit remains active on I-65. A reduced speed of 45 mph is in place for the duration of I-65 Safety and Efficiency work. It is important for drivers to slow down and avoid distractions in work zones.
