The ramp from northbound I-65 to Morris Street and Prospect Street is expected to reopen by Friday evening, June 26 as progress continues along the I-65 Safety and Efficiency corridor in southeast Indianapolis.
All four improved ramps at the Keystone Avenue interchange are now open to traffic. The ramp from Keystone Avenue to southbound I-65 reopened over the weekend.
Ramp improvements are continuing at Raymond Street. Beginning on or after Friday morning, June 26, the ramp from eastbound Raymond Street to northbound I-65 is scheduled to close for improvements. The reconstructed ramp is expected to open in October.
Overnight Restrictions this Week
Additional overnight traffic restrictions are scheduled this week to allow crews to install overhead signage and complete pavement repairs.

UPDATE: Overnight restrictions that were previously scheduled on Wednesday, June 24 and Friday, June 26 have been CANCELED.
Actual dates and anticipated work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances occur. Drivers are encouraged to plan ahead and seek alternate routes when possible.
Construction Speed Limit
The construction zone speed limit remains active on I-65. A reduced speed of 45 mph is in place for the duration of I-65 Safety and Efficiency work. It is important for drivers to slow down and avoid distractions in work zones.
